29 CFR § 1910.134

29 CFR § 1910.134 is the federal OSHA standard governing respiratory protection, setting mandatory general industry employer duties, and Oregon applies OAR 437-002-1081 & OAR 437-004-9791 that compliance officers verify during workplace inspections and enforce through citations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
